Brief presentation

Dr. Gisakis is an experienced oral surgeon/oral implantologist. He is specialised graduate of the Dental Faculty of Athens and offers dental treatment of high quality, covering the entire spectrum of oral surgery, oral implantology and oral medicine. He has a strong academic background and he is updated on dental science, as he is research assistant and appointed clinical assistant professor at the department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, of the Dental School of Athens. Furthermore, he participates in several conferences, both in Greece and abroad, as invited speaker.

Dr Gisakis may undertake all oral surgery cases. In detail:

 

Oral Surgery

- Surgical extraction of impacted teeth

- Surgical preparation of the edentulous mouth (pre-prosthetic surgery)

- Soft tissue surgery (frenectomy, gingivectomy, mucosal hyperplasia, etc)

- Surgical treatment of cysts of the jaw (enucleation, apicectomy, marsupialisation)

- Surgical periodontal therapy

- Laser surgery for soft and hard tissues

 

Oral Implantology

- Implants placement (specialized in most major systems)

- Guided bone & tissue regeneration

- Prosthodontic rehabilitation
